General information for the app: The app lets users upload content and other users search for it
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I am in the process of setting up a non profit organisation to help a particular demographic in need, for the sake of explaining this, I will refer to this demographic as INNEEDX . The idea for this app came from this.

What I am looking for is an app that works on BOTH ios and android and will work something like this:

step 1: I market the app to all those that are working to help INNEEDX, they register their centre and upload a couple of photos, a brief description and then using a tick box system, tick any/all boxes that match the description of each INNEEDX. each centre may have anywhere between 5-25 INNEEDX and there may be hundreds of centres across the country.

Step2: anyone from the public can download this app or free and 'search' for a INNEEDX, they would simply set the search parameters, and using the information from the tick box system, could find anything that matched their requirements throughout the whole country.

If they do find a match, I would like the option for them to be able to contact the centre directly through the app. in an ideal world I would like all communication to be done via this however I realise this may effect the cost a great deal so would settle for it to simply offer an option of sending the centre a message that includes the users contact information.

My plan for it to generate revenue would be via ads, the idea is that when a user clicks 'search' an ad will pop up, and when a user sends a message, an ad pops up.

Id like to be totally clear, I have never been involved in app development, I have no idea what I am talking about. But this app could genuinely make such a massive difference to INNEEDX, the funds generated would be used to support this cause as well so I am not looking at this to make my fortune or anything.

Before full details are given about INNEEDX a non disclosure would need to be signed. I will be paying for this out of my own pocket so considering the nature of it, im really hoping someone can help me out on price.

    Do you need the app for Android and iOS both? Also you might need a backend to enter new INNEDX, centers or add cities?
