Android library update

An app i made a couple of years ago has stopped working. It's essentially an image serach app which searches images on the server and shows the results. Similar to a Photo website where you buy photos.
The API is still OK (the iOS is working still), but the Android app needs a library update. Also some interface images needs updating as they are low res - including the app icon. Finally - the iOS app has loading spinners to show the images loading - the Android doesnt, so this is another thing. Finally One of the tabs inside the app is showing a web page. This isnt working either.

So shopping list:
• Update library for the core functionality
• Update images - probably 2. (I will supply)
• Add load spinners
• Fix the broken web page loading functionality
• Upload the app to Google Play
