Android & iPhone (iOS) Application (App) Developer

I am looking to launch a unique app idea with the potential of growing this globally. I require an app developer with skills in both Android and Apple iOS software to aid me in the creation of my idea.

Payment is negotiable but I will require you to sign a contract before I commission the work. Within this contract it will stipulate that I will hold and retain all rights to the app, and under this contract you would not be able to sell it for your own profiteering.

I will require any interested freelancer to demonstrate a portfolio of apps they have already developed. Depending on the success this could lead to further requirements of app development or modifications in the future - and a strategic partnership may be sought.
