Android & iOS app that verifies barcodes

Requirements:

Downloadable app that scans and verifies barcodes to a WooCommerce webpage. The webpage ALREADY exists, all the app needs to do is scan a barcode and send it to a specific URL and display the webpage in the app.

Once downloaded on a device, the app should ask for the specific URL it needs to send the data to, then once entered, its ready to scan immediately.

But skinned with our branding and with less features, just the scan and immediately send to URL and display the page.
