Description of requirements/features: A new application for Android devices (must play on Phone or Tablet) with the following use cases

The Project must be delivered with full source code and libraries ready to compile and run.
The developer have no rights (any kind ) on the project after delivery

1) User Login (through HTTPS Request (JSON data for request and response)
2) Google Map view with current location
3) Show image with user location on Map (can be zoomed or unzoomed)
4) Show other user images in a N Mile ( can be 1 to N miles) perimeter
5) Change image colours under some logic
6) Every client must send new data for position every 15 seconds to the server) (lat,lon,speed,alt,etc)
7) Some business logic for proximity alerts ( will be clarified)

All data will be available trhough JSON Requests to End point ( this is out of project scope)
