Android & Apple Social Image Sharing App Development

A simple but elegantly designed app built and submitted on the Apple & Android store with the following functionality:

* User sign on with Facebook, Instagram, or Google ID
* Connect additional social channel - Facebook, Instagram, (if possible also TikTok, or Snapchat)
* User can create profile in app that pulls connected social image, and can add real name, nickname, and some basic demographics + links to user's social accounts
* Take photographs or video
* Upload those images or video
* Tag location - requires location awareness including location name (e.g. via restaurant name via Google Maps)
* Select list of friends to share the image / video with
* Save frequently used lists of friends
* Copy / use predefined lists from Facebook
* Option to share only with friends via the connected networks, with anyone who has a shortlink to the image, or publicly
* Share in-app and share seamlessly to connected networks i.e. Facebook, Instagram (stories and/or post), (if possible also TikTok, Snapchat)
* People viewing the shared image / video can upvote or downvote
* People viewing the shared image / video can comment
* People viewing the shared image / video can flag as inappropriate
* Admin interface with ability to moderate user accounts, uploads, comments, view flagged images, and ban users with repeated violations
* Option for admin to add advertising in app, via ad spaces built into the template that can be turned on at a later date by admin
* Project will only be considered complete when technical functionality of submission is accepted by Android & Apple app stores.

The app must work fast, be lightweight, and not a battery guzzler.

Budget is limited, so please suggest an affordable, simple solution. Ideally something built off an existing framework, with standard themes / templates that can be easily modified and are 100% future-compatible. Avoid custom scripts, themes etc. as much as possible.

Will need to allow full, detailed tracking of every event and action that can be taken on the app.

Bids must not include any upfront fees - only escrow deposits and staggered payment plans will be entertained, so long as majority payment is on completion. Happy to engage newcomers on PPH, so long as you can show verifiable past work and provide references.

UPDATE: Here are some answers to clarification questions asked, to help you better understand functionality needed...

- How friend list work in app? I mean I can view other user profile and can follow the user?
Yes - the friend lists are mainly to allow users to quickly decide whom to share their post with. If they have pre-built lists in FB, then they can use this, or they can create their own lists on the app and quickly apply those lists to new post visibility.

- Is social post like image or video can be uploaded within app or can automatic post on connected social platform too?
It has to do both - it'll be within the app and automatically shared to social networks they connected. There should be a choice for the user to unselect social networks they don't want to share a particular post to.

- What’s the mechanism to display other user’s feeds in my timeline?
The feed should only show posts from friends / connections in order of recency. There can be a global feed where you see all public posts, and that too is done by recency only.
