Android/Apple app

We currently have a developer who was in the process of building this app for us however due to personal circumstances can no longer continue.

The app is a social network where users sign up and using a twitter style comment box can post photos/videos/text onto a Facebook style news feed. The app (like foursquare) requires locations services as posts can be viewed which are nearby the user. There are some more minor features however these will be discussed once we sign an NDA and take thing further.

Our developer is currently using a the cross development tool titanium to build the app and it will be hosted on appcelerator. Our developer is willing to hand over the work done so far I.e. the graphics and app screen flows (more detail on exactly what will be handed over when he replies)

Our max budget is £500 provided we get the £100 refund which has been promised. We are wanting this completed ASAP.
