Android App on IntellijiIDEA using Java

The app needs two page - Page one is a map. When the app is turned on a basic company logo (company name: "Softspot" appears over the users location on the map (using GPS on their device). The page also has the current time on it (GMT)
When the user shakes the screen it returns the uses to a home screen which should just say "Softspot Home Screen".
That's it!
I would like the code to be as simple / basic as possible.
Description of requirements/features: - an opening page with a map and the time (GMT) which shows the users location using a company logo (you will need to design a really simple logo)
- when the device is shaken from side to side it brings the user to another screen which simply says "Softspot home screen"
