Android APP needed

General information for the business: We would like an Android APP for the GSM power socket that we are selling, which are controlled/managed via SMS messages.

The job we want to have done is a total-job: This means:
1: Develloping the Android APP
2: Develloping the "Screen tag" / push buttom on the users smart phone (to start/open the APP
3: to upload the APP to Google Play. This means - in general - at total job from start to end (end means when it is online on Google Play.
The price quoted should be including including potential (or from our side needed) changes with in the first 6 months.
(For your information, we had NO changes on the IOS with in the first 6 month.
Besides from quoting a price for this job, we also want you to quote an approximately price for future updates, which will probably be needed when Google make "larger" OS changes.

What kind of APP do we want?
We want you to devellop a simple "SMS-sending" APP, sending standard SMS-command to the GSM Power Socket.
(You can see picture and description of the GSM Power Socket in the attached file - and the SMS-commands is shown on pages 37-39.
When a SMS (command) is sent to the GSM Power socket module, the GSM module sends back a confirmation SMS, to the users smartphone. This SMS should just go to the users normal SMS in-box on this smartphone (this means, the sms message should NOT go into the APP.

What we want the APP should do, is to send the up to 43 SMS (SMS-commands), as you will see in the attached file, PAGE 37-39.

The APP should be in our ownership - this means, if you will not or if we do not want you to do updates, we are free to choose another developer. Therefore the APP shold be ours.

Additional what we want (and what you will not find in the IOS APP, is the function that the user should register himselves before he can use the APP (This feature is in the Danish IOS version, because this version is allready updated to match the IOS 7.x).

Time schedure: 2 weeks

We think this is all we can tell now ... if you have questions - just ask, but not technical, because we are not technicians.
(If we were, we would have been made the APP ourselves :-)

PS: In general, we prefer 1 developer to make the IOS and another to make the Android, BUT if get an offer from a person that can do both systems, we are interested to hear your offer.
