Android app - Implement search and some other additions

We need to implement search in the android app and make some addition/changes. The tentative list of tasks are as below, and we may add some new changes after discussion.
1) Implementation of search - Search is already there for some individual pages, we just need to improve and implement that on complete app content.
2) Addition of a 'Spread a word' menu - will consists of of follow and post button for social media pages.
3) Change of video speed.

Moreover, we are looking for a qualified freelancer/organisation who can take care of maintenance/addition of the app on regular basis. The app is little complex, so we are really looking for people with good experience.

The budget is approximate here. The final cost we can decide after discussion.
