Android App for play games for cash reward

I am looking to create a native android games app for cash reward

The app will include simple concept games such as scratch card, spin wheel, slot, raffle draw as well as other incentives feature to earn points.

While playing the games the app will earn revenue from integrated video ads. Once the user earns enough points these can be redeem for real cash prize.

However, I am looking for someone who can fully understand this example app and to make this app different and better, not just in design but by standing out with its own unique features and functions.

I need someone who can take this app idea to make improved suggestion, new idea and then creating a wire-frame with all function, features, flow, interaction steps for this app.

Ideally I would like to someone who experience with play game for cash reward app or who knows how to dissect an existing app and uncover all its features and function to then suggest ideas on how to change it differently.

I do not just want to copy someone else's app, but to inspire and innovate.
