React Native / Expo Developer Needed for OneSignal Push Notification Bug, Proxy Setup & Splash Screen Update

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer (Expo-based) to help us fix a few urgent issues and make minor updates to our Android app. The app is built using React Native with Expo, and it was previously working as expected.

1. Fix Push Notifications (OneSignal Integration)
- We are using OneSignal for push notifications.
- In our previous version of the app, push notifications were working as expected.
- However, this is now a completely new app build, not based on the old codebase.
- In this new version, the OneSignal object is not being recognized or initialized properly, so the service can't start at all — it's not just a case of notifications not being delivered.
- We need an expert to review the current setup, correctly integrate OneSignal, and ensure push notifications function on Android.

2. Proxy Configuration
- We need to route certain API requests through a proxy server.
- You will be required to either configure the app or suggest a working solution compatible with Expo or help us eject if needed.

3. Update Splash Screen
- Replace the existing splash screen with a new design (we will provide the asset).
- Ensure it's properly displayed across various screen sizes and devices.

We will provide:

- Full source code (Expo-managed project)
- OneSignal setup details
- Splash screen asset
