An event app for android and iphone

We are looking to a Competent Mobile app developer who can work on this in their spare time and not be seen as a major project. However, we do request that a Github made active so we can check and follow the progress of the application as well as milestones being put in place so we know things are happening. Communication is an ABSOLUTE KEY! If you cannot communicate well and keep us up to date least once or twice a week, then do not bother applying.

Documentation has been added for you to check and make sure you are able to do what is being asked. We also already have wireframes produced for each screen so make things easier.

If your work level is acceptable we may be able to split this project into 2 sections, thus the price is set at £1,000.

DO NOT respond if you are not willing to do the work for the budget set. NO TIME WASTERS. I don't want to hear about how good you are and then at the end of the conversation drop a "New Price" on me.
