I want an app that will work on iPhone, Android and in chat GPT store. the app is very simple. first please check out:

the app that I want is based on this software. to start there will be 3 boxes, one on the left for the main "person" image and the two on the right side one for top outfit and bottom for bottom outfit. and a button on the bottom to combine the images and generate the main (left) image with the clothing from the two images on the right (if one is missing then top or bottom does not change).
The user will get 15 credits to do 15 combinations per account, after that they can buy credits using their (apple, android or chat gpt account), I will set prices later once we know the costs.
please let me know if this can be done, how fast and how much.
