Serious React Native developer needed to complete my UK property app, KEYOH, on iOS and Android. All 36 screens already coded, audited and ready. Integration only, not building from scratch.
ALL COMMUNICATION THROUGH PPH ONLY
Do not ask for my email, WhatsApp, phone number or any outside contact. Do not share yours. Everything stays on PPH. Any message asking to move off PPH will be declined and reported.
RULES FOR APPLYING
1. Quoted price is final. Fixed. All-in. Covers iOS and Android. No extras. No scope creep. No comebacks.
2. Prove your work is yours. Not just links. GitHub commits with your name, dashboard screenshots, client references or portfolio site.
3. You must have shipped React Native apps on both App Store and Play Store. Links to both required.
4. Must have used RevenueCat, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Video streaming experience in React Native required. Cloudflare Stream a plus.
6. Must be able to build the REST API backend.
7. Must submit to TestFlight and Play Console.
ALREADY DONE (not your job)
• 36 React Native screens fully coded and audited (Auth, Buyer, Seller, Agent, Settings)
• Full navigation, theme, components, mortgage calculator, chat, safety checklist, all logic
• Brand identity, logo files all sizes, fonts specified, App Store copy written
• All 4 legal docs complete and hosted
• Domains, Microsoft 365 email, Cloudflare Stream, Wise, Companies House, coming soon page live
• Bundle ID reserved
WHAT YOU DO (FIXED SCOPE)
1. Set up project, drop in src folder, install fonts and dependencies
2. Connect Cloudflare Stream video players to replace placeholders
3. Build REST API, replace all MOCK_ data with real calls
4. Apple Pay on iOS, Google Pay on Android, no card forms
5. Push notifications (match expiry, missed match, new message, deal action, boost prompt)
6. Full monetisation: 36hr server-side match timer, Extend £2.99, Re-open £4.99, Priority message £6.99, Deal nudge £6.99, SEEN £79, TRENDING £199, PRIME £499, Verified Buyer £9.99/mo, Agent £199/mo
7. Independent timer per match, no shared state. One extend per match max. Second expiry permanently removes.
8. RevenueCat entitlement validation, single source of truth, never trust local state, default to non-subscribed on failure
9. Foreground sync: re-fetch timer from server on app return, never calculate locally
10. Payment failure: error, no benefit, disable buttons. Cancel: no change. Success but UI fails: restore on next open.
11. Restore purchases in Settings (required for approval)
12. Subscription prompts max once per session, never after payment
13. Cap saved homes at 5
14. Analytics: time to decision, extend rate, expiry rate, re-open rate, boost conversions
15. Mortgage partner: MortgageCalculator, KeyohJourney, Solicitor screens route to partner contact details. Handover only, no financial logic.
16. TestFlight and Play Console internal testing first, sandbox tested, shared with me before public release
17. Submit to App Store and Play Store after my written approval. Any rejection fixes included, no extra cost.
BUGS AND CODING PROBLEMS
Any bug, coding error or broken feature that comes up must be fixed at no extra cost. Must deliver working and ready for real users on both platforms.
IMPROVEMENTS
Flag ideas before doing anything. Nothing changes without my written approval.
IMPORTANT RULES
No public release without my written sign-off. Apple Pay iOS only, Google Pay Android only, no card forms. Safety checklist legally mandatory before upload, cannot be removed.
PHASE 1 PLACEHOLDERS (acceptable for first release)
Video placeholders to replace, MOCK_ data to replace, handleReport and handleViewProfile in Chat are Phase 2, Chain View manual for now, savings account Phase 2, LiveViewing real streaming Phase 2.
COMMUNICATION
Clear, direct, one step at a time. I am dyslexic so keep messages simple. Regular updates expected. All on PPH only.

2. Timeline
3. App Store AND Play Store links to apps you personally built
4. Proof the work is yours (GitHub, dashboard, references, portfolio)
5. Confirmation you have used RevenueCat, Apple Pay, Google Pay
6. Confirmation you can build the REST API backend
Skip any of the above and your application will be declined without reply.
