General information for the app: Touristic guide of a city organised with posts and a map
Kind of development: New app from scratch

In short:
- It’s a touristic guide
- It is organised with posts (image + description)
- More contents might be added in future, therefore it requires a flexible coding
- The app does not send/receives data (it's a native app)
- Permissions: GPS (contains a map with clickable elements)
- Could implement social sharing (e.g. facebook), but it is not a priority.
I can provide more detailed information at later stage.
Please advice on cost for android (no screen rotation feature, no tablet) & on time required.
