Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the app: The app tests users in a subject and gives feedback based on radio buttons
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 2
Description of every page/module: Home page
Gives users the option of several (3-6) syllabus areas
Questions for syllabus areas
Randomly challenges the user with a question they answer with a radio button. Feedback is given depending on whether they get it right or wrong. Once feedback has been read they are challenged with the next question
Description of requirements/features: The app needs to be driven by a large bank of questions. Hundreds of them. The JS/HTML I've been looking at so far has the questions in the code. This would be time intensive. I'd like to be able to write the questions as a standalone document and have the app fetch from them. I imagine SQL is the answer here, but am looking for advice.
The app would then be reused to create new quizzes for other subjects. It would need to be built with this in mind so changes to root bits of info, e.g. subject name, don't need to be done everywhere, but can be done once and identified throughout. Ideally change would be easy
Specific technologies required: Android, Ios
Extra notes:
