Help for developing an app with unity, animation letters project

Hello, my name is Simon and I'm a freelance artist. I have basic knowledge with unity and I'm looking for help to develop an art project. I'm not looking for somebody that could do the project for me but for somebody that could help me achieve it.

I have 26 different animations named each by a letter name. Each animation is a pose of two avatars forming a letter with their body (see picture attached). For example animation "A" is an animation of the two avatars being in a pose that form a "A" with their body. I would like to build a system where a player could write any word on a keyboard and then it would play, for example if the word is "TEST", this sequence of transitions and animations ; first it would go from idle to the animation of the letter "T" and then after 2 seconds it would make a 2 seconds transition to the animation of the letter "E" and after two second it  it would make a 2 seconds transition to the animation of the letter "S"  and so on. So basically the idea is that the avatars would write the word with their bodies.
