Zoho Recruit- SMS automation

Hello

I am looking for a developer who can set up either a custom workflow/custom function or custom schedule to send an templated SMS to our hired candidates every Friday at a specified time (15:00).

I have had someone try to do this with a workflow but it doesn't seem to be possible. Therefore I am looking for a developer who can make this a reality for us.

The Requirement is:
Every Friday at 3pm
Send SMS Template: Timesheet Reminder

Send to:
Candidates Module
Candidate status = Hired

*If candidate status is changed and is no longer "hired" then they should stop receiving the weekly email.

NOTE: THIS NEEDS TO BE BUILT IN ZOHO RECRUIT AND NOT ZOHO CRM. We have a SMS Gateway configured already which is SMS Magic.
