Zoho One Setup and Configuration

We are new to Zoho. Just signed up to Zoho One and slowly working our way around it. Two users only. The intention is to streamline the workflow process from initial contact from customer to billing and reporting.
We have a Wordpress website so we would want to embed a Zoho Form to enable the new lead to be captured in CRM. We use Booqable as our Asset Rental software to enable us to provide quotes, send contracts (we would want to use Zoho Sign) and invoices and generate reports on rental activity by customer and asset. Thus we need to integrate Booqable with Zoho (or do we - is there a better way?).
We have used an external CRM system for 10 years + but want to transfer over to Zoho (all contacts / suppliers / accounts / emails / etc). We also currently use Quickbooks Online for accounting software but would also look at migrating to Zoho Books if advantages can be derived from so doing.

Looking for a Zoho expert to take control of this project by maximising on their experience and knowledge of the Zoho One suite. This will be an on-going project so please feel free to break this down in to realistic manageable mini-projects with pricing for each.
