Zoho CRM & Zoho One Specialist - 3 Projects (Immediate Start)

We're seeking an experienced Zoho specialist to deliver three implementation projects for our travel business group:

Upgrade existing Zoho CRM (One version) for a current franchisee
New Zoho CRM installation for our established business
New Zoho One implementation for our new venture

Essential Requirements:

Available to start immediately
Proven track record with multiple Zoho implementations
Must provide specific examples of experience with:

Lead & opportunity assignment workflows
Email template creation & marketing funnel setup
Custom reporting template design
Sales tracking & field/action-based triggers
AI integration (Zia)
SMS integration & automation
Zoho Analytics dashboard creation & KPI tracking
Integration with third-party tools (Make.com/Zapier)
Zoho Creator custom app development
Zoho Campaigns lifecycle automation
Zoho WorkDrive document management & automation
Multi-app workflows using Zoho Flow



Additional Technical Skills:

Experience with Zoho People, Projects, Books integration
Custom field creation and data segmentation
Role-based permissions and access control
API integrations and webhook configuration
WhatsApp Business integration

What We Need:
A hands-on specialist who can work quickly to configure complete Zoho ecosystems, not just standalone CRM. You'll implement automated workflows, build custom portals, and create comprehensive analytics dashboards.
