Zoho CRM / Bigin simplification

I run a small (2 people) education recruitment and staffing agency in the UK. We are currently using Zoho One, with the following core applications:

+Zoho CRM: For our sales and business development calls to schools and nurseries.
+Zoho Recruit: For attracting candidates to our jobs.
+Zoho Workerly: For temporary bookings, timesheets, and billing.
+Zoho Books: For accounts and cash collection.

Our current challenges:

Zoho CRM: We find Zoho CRM overly complex and hard to use for our sales calls. We need advice on whether to:
+ Develop and simplify Zoho CRM to better suit our needs, including adding automations, or
+ Switch to Zoho Bigin, which might be more appropriate for our size.

Zoho Recruit: We are also struggling with Zoho Recruit and need similar assistance to optimize it for our recruitment processes.

What We Need:
Consultation and Advice: Help us decide whether to continue with Zoho CRM or switch to Bigin.
Customization and Setup: Once a decision is made, we need help to set up the chosen platform for our sales process, including any necessary customizations and automations.
Training: Provide training for our team to ensure they can effectively use the optimized systems.
