WooCommerce Plugin to Connect to our ERP System

I am looking for a Plugin Development to connect our existing WooCommerce Website to our Merlin Business Software System.

Please see the attached Developer's Guide for the Merlin System.

The information we are looking for from the plugin is:

Orders
1. Orders to be synced from the website to Merlin - (Most order need to be synced to one web account on Merlin, Some have specific account codes – these are setup on the website with a Custom Field)
2. Despatch Status – Update WooCommerce when the order has been dispatched

3. Order information/details required
a. Invoice address
b. Delivery Address
c. Product Prices from the order from the website
d. If possible product description from the website.
e. Any shipping charges
f. VAT Exemption – some orders have VAT Exemption – This needs to be pulled through to Merlin


Products
1. Product prices synced from Merlin
2. Stock Levels to be synced – (would like this as an option, so it can be turned on or off)
3. Products can be synced – (would like this as optional, so it can be enabled or disabled)
4. Category information – (again as optional)
