General information for the business: Setup CRM
Description of requirements/functionality: I need someone that can setup an e-mail based CRM. I don't care which platform you use but we will need to be able to e-mail from it. I setup hosting accounts for customers so I need to be able to put their login into the system as well.
From the main panel I want it to look like e-mail system, however I want to know which step customer is on. So I want to mark them. The steps should be Interested, Not Interested, Processing Payment, Completed. I also need to be able to put in payment type for each customer.
This is a very basic CRM no complicated steps required. Just need to manage my clients, and e-mail from system. Please let me know how soon you can get this done. You can use any platform you'd like just need to be able to add my e-mail and e-mail them.
