Set up Infusionsoft

I am thinking about subscribing to Infusionsoft but am concerned that it is better known as 'Confusionsoft'. I am using Zoho currently but want the ability to add a prospect and then set the marketing activities I want them to receive in one go,as in marketing funnels.
I do not know if I can do this in Zoho, but I know it can be done in Infusionsoft. My worry is wasting months trying to set it up rather than being operational quickly.
