Salesforce Data Import & Tweaks

We have an excel database list for all of our inbound leads that we would like to import into our sales force account. The excel list contains header titles are the following : - Date, Name, Email Address, Cntact Number, Source, Notes, Buying Timescales. There may be some data cleaning required before importing.

We would also like to set up an email signurature for the user, if possible it would be ideal to set up email templates based on the lead service enquiry
