Salesforce configuration

I have recently taken a Salesforce Enterprise License and trying to configure it but it is more complicated than I thought.
I would like to personalize the platform and would need help on the following:
-Change the Kabane label name in "Opportunity" tab
-Integrate 3 sales rep emails (Outlook mails) with personnalised signature and calendar sync
-Create a homepage with a visual recap of the fundraising status which is
* Implement and configure client types
* Bar chart showing the monthly number of prospects per stage (Equivalent to sales per stage but for fundraising)
* New weekly Contacted potential investors (New weekly Prospects)
* Pie Chart with % of type of active investors

Could you please quote me a price for this?
