Salesforce and Mailchimp sync using Zapier

We are seeking assistance from someone to help us establish a synchronization between Salesforce and Mailchimp using Zapier. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of Salesforce and Mailchimp and expertise in Zapier integrations. We've mapped the fields we need to sync and when, so the workflow is pretty well understood. Therefore, it's the design and implementation of the sync we are looking for.
