Description of every module: Requirement:
1) Modifications need to be made within a new module inheriting the existing openerp functionality. (to be able to update the original openerp system in the future without conflicting files)
2) Name the module Transport Reports
3) Create a new transport report and name it “Transport Slip” under Warehouse,
Delivery orders. New menu entry Transport slip should be placed under the print button.
4) Inherit and extend the delivery order form. Add the following new fields on the delivery order form:
a. Weight in kg : integer field, 6 digits
b. Dimensions in m: string field, 255 characters
5) The base for the first new transport report ist the DELIVERY ORDER report.
Copy this report and name it transport report. Modify this report as following: a. Invoiced to: à rename it to Pickup adress
b. Delivery Order:àrename it to Transport order
c. Order Reference:àrename it to Reference
d. Lotàremove this column
e. Add the new 2 fields weight and dimensions to the transport report at the
bottom left of the transport report
