OpenERP Sales Report customization

Description of requirements/functionality: 1) Modifications need to be made within a new module inheriting the existing openerp functionality. (to be able to update the original openerp system in the future without conflicting files)
2) Name the module Sales Report
3) Inherit and extend the view sale.order. additional requirenments are:
a. After submitting a quote, the date of the quote cannot be changed anymore on the sales order. This date must be editable
b. Add a new field delivery date (or please advise if such an field is already available through configuration).
4) Inherit and extend the existing sales order report with the following new requirenments:
a. Rename the title to Order Confirmation N°
b. In the footer there is a filed contact name → move this field to the top left tot he contact details: first line contact, second line the existing phone, third line the existing mail
c. Within the overview table consisting of (your reference, date ordered, sales person, payment term) add the newly added field delivery date inbetween date ordered and sales person
d. Within the overview table consisting of (your reference, date ordered, sales person, delivery date, payment term) add the incoterm field after the field delivery date
