On-site configuration optimisation of Brevo CRM system

I seek an experienced freelancer to conduct on-site configuration and set up of our Brevo CRM software for our community radio station in Brixton . However, as non-technical users, we require assistance from an expert freelancer to ensure proper installation and customization of the software to align with our specific needs and processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for traveling to our office location to perform a full system implementation. This includes configuring all necessary Brevo software and modules, setting up user profiles and access permissions, configuring settings and preferences, establishing connections to external systems like our mailchimp and social media creating customizable fields and forms, designing custom workflows and views, administering notifications and reminders, testing functionality, and providing training materials and documentation. Familiarity with Brevo is essential. The freelancer must have extensive demonstration of successfully completing Brevo rollouts for other clients. Strong communication and client facing skills are important as the freelancer will need to understand our goals, address any questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our team is trained on the new software. Most importantly, due to security protocols we require all setup and migration work be done on site. Remote access is not possible.
