I seek an experienced Odoo consultant to assist in configuring our new ERP implementation. The selected individual will help establish fundamental system organization, definition of user roles and access levels, and workflow processes.

Specifically, guidance is needed to architect an appropriate competency framework within Odoo's HR module to evaluate staff qualifications and training requirements. Proper user permissions must then be structured according to job responsibilities and sensitivity of data accessed.

Concurrently, routine business transactions like procurement, sales, inventory, and accounting need baseline setup for streamlined daily operations. Standard workflows integrating various application modules will be outlined for common tasks.

The goal is to optimize Odoo's capabilities to support our expanding needs while maintaining regulatory compliance and information security. The freelancer's thorough expertise utilizing Odoo's configuration tools and understanding of best practices for similar organizations will be invaluable.

Remote assistance over several weeks is preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to transfer Odoo know-how to internal team members. Candidates should demonstrate past success implementing comparable Odoo solutions for manufacturing or service companies.
