Database / Migration Specialist: 3+ years, Data modeling, ETL, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, recovery
QA / Test Lead: 3+ years, Test planning, integration, UAT, defects, performance, reporting
Training / Change Lead: Relevant experience, Training needs, materials, train-the-trainer, adoption, competency
