Mircosoft Access CRM - Client Database and Task Managment

We are looking to build a database for our practice to help with task management and storing of our clients contact details with the ability to keep on top of the work along

Client Contact Database
Client Card Per customers
With Contact Names allowance for 5-10 contacts within the Client Card
Telephone Numbers
Email addresses
HMRC Details & Companies House Details
Task List within the contact card for each client with allowance for recurring tasks. With the ability to add updates to the task with the current situation
Ability to assign the task to staff with in the practice
Staff
Manager
Accountants

Task Overview
A Section to go in as a Manager and view all tasks for the company. Ones that are Due and one that is overdue.

Task Email
The ability for the system to email out a reminder for a task approaching it due time to the assigned accountant and possibly the manager as well
