Microsoft Dynamics Business Central deployment

We currently using Sage and like to move the entire system to Business central essential.

I like someone who has carried out work on specific MS Dynamics business central, we can discuss the project once decided what is your expertise, etc, but an overview of the work.
1. migrate data from Sage to Microsoft D365 business central
2. customise some of the modules to meet some of the automation.
3. integrate with Dynamics 365 sales/customer service CRM module in order to collect some revenue and other information, which will be processed in Business central.
