Looking For Basic CRM/Lead Management System

I'm looking for a basic CRM/LMS System in which we can manage our clients. All data will be manually uploaded either by excel file or by one by one in panel.

I would also like to connect my e-mail so I can e-mail them directly from the panel and see previous e-mails I have e-mailed to them.

I don't need any technical functions just a bunch of data slots we can enter manually like, where did we get the lead? How many e-mails have we sent and what are the e-mails? How many times have we called? Also a notes section so we know where the lead stands on becoming a customer.

I would also like to have multiple accounts so I can give different agents different leads to manage
