    Before moving forward, I have a couple of questions:

    • Have you worked with Lofty CRM specifically on real estate workflows involving investors, past clients, transactions, and lead nurturing?

    • Based on your experience, are there any common limitations or pitfalls within Lofty that we should be aware of before building automations?

    • Do you anticipate Mailchimp remaining the best option for future marketing, or would you recommend keeping as much as possible within Lofty's native automation tools?

    Other than that, the proposed structure looks good to me. Once we've discussed the above, I should be in a position to move forward with access and the contact files.
