Label printing for ebay orders using API

Hi, I need you to develop an application to download new customer orders from ebay using ebay API. Later we need to print a shipping label (8 labels per A4 sheet) containing following details: Name, Address, SKU (all these attributes can be downloaded from ebay against each order). After printing labels, we need to mark these orders as dispatched on channel (ebay). We also need to create a database of all the orders processed through this app so we can issue resends or replacements in future.
