Description of the work to be accomplished:
Amazonia Bio is a Start up company in Belgium that helps Brazilian family farmers. Please notice that we are looking for a long term partnership, so several new opportunities for automation and IT development will come in our company and the company chosen for the job will be the one we would like to continue to work with.
For this job, we need assistance to develop the chosen ERP (Odoo Online). The company we are looking for shall accomplish the goals below:
(1) To understand Amazonia Bio workflow and needs.
(2) To personalize and test the functionality of the ODOO Online Software (standard version) in accordance with item (1).
(3) To test and deliver item (2): a ready-to-work system with a consistent landed-cost and profit calculation.
(5) To migrate our database from non-standardized sources like CRM (Pipedrive), Bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and Excel (Macro) into the developed system.
(6) To make a final presentation of the product and train 2 people from Amazonia Bio on how to operate in it.
In order to make the First step better, we have already developed a document describing the Amazonia Bio workflow and documents taking into consideration the Odoo Modules. The following processes: importing, stocking, exporting and distributing cargos (B2B sale) and all data that comes with them shall be considered in the system along with different currencies, taxes and expenses.
It is essential for us that the hired company understand Amazonia Bio needs and that the result is a improvement of such needs.
