Experience Level: Expert

I need a developer who is experienced with Laravel to help fix an issue with system emails not sending, and if that can be resolved, have a long list of UI updates to make.

The UI changes are for things like adding pie graphs / progress rings etc to existing pages in the app, and may need a little SQL work too for things like adding user comments.
