My Business Consulting company uses Hubspot but we don't feel it was ever configured fully to our company and we don't feel we're getting the maximum benefit from the system, nor do we feel we fully understand how to use the system to its full extent.

We're looking for a Hubspot expert who can configure the system to our company, maximise the potential benefit we derive from the system and teach us so we are more confident in using Hubspot.

    Before beginning, my key question would be: if you could fix only three business problems in your current HubSpot setup such as opportunities being lost through poor follow-up, limited visibility of the pipeline, inconsistent data entry, weak reporting, lack of automation or difficulty identifying existing-client opportunitie—which three would create the greatest commercial improvement for your consultancy? I would use those priorities to ensure the configuration produces measurable business value rather than simply adding more HubSpot features.
