We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist to build a complete end-to-end sales pipeline and workflow system inside our GHL sub-account.
This is a structured build (no external tools required).
Scope of Work
You will:
-Create a single unified sales pipeline (13 defined stages provided)
-Build automated workflows for:
-Lead intake + round robin assignment
-Task creation at each key stage
-Session booking confirmations + reminders (email & SMS)
-No-show recovery
-Demo send automation (email + SMS)
-Demo tracking logic: inbound call to dedicated demo number must only count as “tested” if call duration > 30 seconds
-Demo reminder sequence that stops immediately once tested
-Post-session follow-up
-Closed Won onboarding workflow
Clean stop logic is essential. No automation overlap.

Hi Hakim, quick one to lock the call “tested” logic: is the dedicated demo number already set up inside this GHL sub-account (which provider — LeadConnector or Twilio), and do you want “tested” to be triggered purely by inbound call duration > 30s, or should it also accept other test actions (e.g., outbound call connected / SMS reply) as “tested”?
