Hi Quentin, quick check so I scope this properly before I send the proposal:
1. How many pipelines/stages are we setting up (e.g., 1 pipeline with ~5 stages)?
2. How many workflows do you want in this first pass (e.g., 2–3), and what are the trigger/outcome basics?
3. For “customer/company matching”, is this custom fields + associations only, or do you also need dedupe/merge rules? -

Are you going to set up CRM automation based on GHL workflows from scratch? What kind of actions do you want? like SMS, Whatsapp Message or Email notification
