    1. How many pipelines/stages are we setting up (e.g., 1 pipeline with ~5 stages)?

    2. How many workflows do you want in this first pass (e.g., 2–3), and what are the trigger/outcome basics?

    3. For “customer/company matching”, is this custom fields + associations only, or do you also need dedupe/merge rules?
