ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a fast, precise, technically strong Funnel Builder + HubSpot Specialist to complete a full funnel build-out in 2 weeks.
This is a high-speed implementation role, responsible for building the core funnel system that powers our podcast, book, and course ecosystem.
You will build:
• Two HubSpot landing pages
• A 30-email sequence
• CRM workflows + tagging
• Lemon Squeezy checkout integration
• Squarespace site updates
• Tracking + analytics
• Podcast → funnel integration
This is a tech-heavy, execution-focused sprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES (2 Weeks)
1. Funnel Architecture & Implementation
• Convert 2 Figma designed pages to → pixel-perfect HubSpot landing pages
• Build Landing Page #1 (Podcast → Book funnel
• Build Landing Page #2 (Course Pre-Sale funnel)
• Update Squarespace site (CTAs, hero image, podcast promo)
• Implement inline 99¢ book promo offer after form submission (promo pricing)
• Connect HubSpot → Lemon Squeezy → CRM
• Set up UTMs, tracking, and pixels
• Full mobile + desktop QA
• Build 30-email sequence In HubSpot
• Build shopping cart sequence in HubSpot
2. Landing Page Build (Figma → HubSpot)
• Reproduce design with precise visual fidelity
• Responsive mobile/tablet/desktop builds
• Integrate forms + thank-you offer module
• Connect pages to workflows + tagging
• Optimize load speed and performance

Kindly address some of my concerns regading the project so that I can deliver something exactly like you are looking for:
- Do you already have a naming convention for workflows, lists, and custom properties—or should I establish a scalable architecture for your future product lines?
- How are you planning to segment podcast-driven traffic versus organic or paid sources for attribution?
- Is the 30-email sequence meant to function as one master sequence, or will it branch into conditional logic depending on the user’s actions (book buyer, non-buyer, course interest, etc.)?
- Do you prefer Lemon Squeezy events to be tracked via webhook, API, or native integration for maximum reliability?
- Do you want a dynamic thank-you page that changes based on user source (podcast listener vs paid traffic vs organic)?
- Do you want me to set up a reusable funnel template that your team can clone for future products?
