Full-Stack Developer for INTEGRAAL CRM Tool Completion

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to finalize the development of our INTEGRAAL CRM Tool, ensuring it meets the full specifications outlined in our functional and technical documentation. The system should provide comprehensive client and relationship management, AI-powered job matching, invoicing, time tracking, and compliance with Dutch labor market standards such as Blik op Werk.
Responsibilities
• Front-End Development:
o Complete the user interface using React (Next.js) or Flutter for a seamless, responsive, and user-friendly experience.
o Implement dynamic dashboards, forms, and interactive elements.
• Back-End Development:
o Enhance the Firebase-based backend, including Firestore, Cloud Functions, and authentication.
o Develop robust APIs for external integrations (e.g., Stripe/Mollie, Blik op Werk data exports).
• AI-Powered Job Matching:
o Integrate a Machine Learning/NLP model (TensorFlow/Scikit-learn) for automated matching between job seekers and vacancies.
o Implement a self-learning system that improves over time based on previous placements.
• Document & Email Management:
o Implement a document management system that supports auto-generated Word/PDF documents.
o Set up an internal email integration for direct communication within the CRM.
• Scheduling & Notifications:
o Develop an advanced scheduling module that includes automated workflows, reminders, and notifications.
o Enable real-time updates for upcoming deadlines and system alerts.
• Time Tracking & Attendance:
o Complete the hour logging system for employees and clients.
o Implement alerts for exceeding budgeted hours.
• Security & Compliance:
o Ensure GDPR compliance and data security best practices.
o Implement role-based access control for different user levels.
• Testing & Debugging:
o Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure stability and performance.
o Optimize and fine-tune features based on user feedback.
Required Skills
