We are seeking a highly skilled Excel expert and analyst preferable with extensive knowledge of ERP systems, how they operate and what they are used for

The role will be intensive to start with, will beneift from paid visit to our factory in Romania and will be continuous for the coming months

We have a series of 10 linked Excel files that were previously set up to operate as a precursor to a full ERP system.
They have been efficient for 12 months, but the creator has left the country, and now we urgently need them to be operational again.

These Excel files were designed to function like a small ERP system, with inventory control, tracking of component usage and stock forecasting, as well as invoice to stock out control. They are fully product SKU coded per product component.

As a small factory in Romania, we do not require a full-blown ERP system just yet, but we do need these files to be operational to meet our current needs. We will provide end-of-day stock out/into production/delivered figures to be recorded and managed.

We are looking for someone who can interpret the files, make necessary adjustments to ensure they are operational, understand how they function, and then train our team on how to use them effectively.



The ideal candidate will have a track record of understanding existing and adapting or creating advanced Excel models along the same models as exist

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, conducting data cleaning and manipulation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Skills required:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Data analysis and reporting
- Data modeling and forecasting
- Attention to detail and accuracy

This is a medium-sized project with an estimated duration of 1 to 3 months. We are looking for an intermediate-level freelancer who is capable of working independently and delivering high-quality results.
