Design a Salesforce Flow

I need an individual who can design a Salesforce Flow which will make a global action called "create service kit", add to the stock of this product item in a location, and adjusting the stock for all the product items that are required to make this service kit. This would preferably open a screen-flow for the user so they can choose the machine name and service kit year, which will then inform the flow for which service kit to generate.

There will be 12 types of service kits in total, each using a varied number of parts. I am attaching a copy of all the parts required based on each service kit.

All items already have their own Product Item record, with related lookup Product.

It is essential this is completed within 2 weeks as we will need it deployed by the end of the month.
