    Hi , The most important question is: what are the actual data sources: database, REST APIs, Excel/CSV/Google Sheets or third-party systems and what are the 5 - 10 business decisions or KPIs that users must be able to understand from the dashboard immediately? Those two answers determine the correct architecture and scope.
