I need a CRM with POS developed using free tools like google sheets/forms/app scripts... to suit my bespoke tailoring and clothing alterations business. this should include
• marketing and communication tools
• automated email/text messaging for following up on orders
• order tracking.
• system should allow multiple alterations on same garment with separate pricing and multiple of same garment type possible on same order.
• detailed receipt for printing which includes all alterations booked in with detailed pricing.
• include Admin, Staff serving, staff who did the work and staff who closed the order with dates. and Customer login, for order tracking and communication
• weekly and or monthly order statements which includes all orders done by same staff member for staff members who did the work for performance tracking and bonus calculation/ automatic calculation
• user-friendly interfaces
• barcode creating/ on receipt. and anything else you find suitable for smooth operation
