Description
Experience Level: Expert
I have a WP website which operates with Campaign Monitor (CRM). I have increasingly been experiencing many attack - even with Wordfence installed. However the main problem is that my transactional emails are no longer sent to my server. It is as if my email address is not recognised. My email account is with Microsoft Exchange. I wondered if email account has been compromised and is seen as SPAM because of the numerous hacks. Everyone else sees the emails, they are just not recognised by my account, therefore unless I log into the platform back end, I have no awareness of the website activity.
There is no error message, but when I make an enquiry to test, it goes into my junk mail, which is why I think the error is in recognising the email address and not the functionalilty.
In summary:
What should happen is that when an enquiry is made on the website, the contractor receives a copy, the person making the enquiry receives notification and the wesite owner (me) received a copy and notification. The problem is that I am NOT getting notification but I can see that the email has been sent, when I log into Campaign Monitor.
My business is an online marketplace www.scuseme.co.uk connecting contractors with homeowners
